Intelligent consumable monitoring for HiFocus neo

The TorchGuardian Module is an accessory for HiFocus neo plasma cutting systems and monitors the condition of the cathode during the cutting process. Especially when O₂ cutting mild steel at high cutting currents, cathode wear can reach a critical point.

Starting at 280 A, the module automatically detects the wear condition of the cathode. If the cathode reaches a critical wear limit, the TorchGuardian Module stops the cutting process in time. This helps protect the torch, supports better use of consumables, and increases process stability in plasma cutting.
