HiFocus 360i neo

The HiFocus 360i neo is a powerful high-precision plasma cutting system designed for automated cutting and marking processes. With its wide cutting range of 0.5 to 80 mm
(0.02 to 3.15 in)
, it offers a high degree of flexibility for different applications and material thicknesses.

The soft-switch inverter technology enables high cutting and marking speeds while maintaining excellent cut and marking quality. Optimized technologies and efficient consumable cooling support long service life and help reduce cutting costs.

The HiFocus 360i neo can be flexibly combined with
CNC guiding systems, robots, and pipe cutting machines.
It is also suitable for bevel and underwater plasma cutting and is designed for a wide range of applications in metal fabrication, vessel construction, mechanical engineering, and steel construction.

The HiFocus 360i neo comes with Contour Cut technology as standard. This enables precise cutting of fine internal and external contours as well as small holes in mild steel.

The advanced Silent Cut technology reduces the sound pressure level when cutting mild steel while continuing to enable high-quality contours, webs, and holes.

For O₂ cutting of mild steel in the range from 280 to 400 A, the HiFocus 360i neo can be equipped with the TorchGuardian Module. The module monitors the condition of the cathode during the cutting process and stops the process in time when critical wear is detected, helping protect the plasma torch.
