HiFocus 440i neo

The HiFocus 440i neo is a powerful high-precision plasma cutting system designed for demanding automated cutting and marking processes. With a cutting current of up to
440 A and a cutting range of 0.5 to 120 mm / 0.02 to 4 3/4 in, it offers a high level of flexibility for processing different material thicknesses.

The soft-switch inverter technology enables high cutting and marking speeds while maintaining excellent cut and marking quality on electrically conductive materials. Efficient consumable cooling supports long service life and helps reduce cutting costs.

The HiFocus 440i neo can be flexibly combined with
CNC guiding systems, robots, and pipe cutting machines and is also suitable for bevel and underwater plasma cutting. It is designed for demanding applications in metal fabrication, vessel construction, mechanical engineering, and steel construction.

The HiFocus 440i neo comes with Contour Cut technology as standard. This enables precise cutting of fine internal and external contours as well as small holes in mild steel.

The advanced Silent Cut technology reduces the sound pressure level when cutting mild steel while continuing to enable high-quality contours, webs, and holes.

For O₂ cutting of mild steel in the range from 280 to 400 A, the HiFocus 440i neo can be equipped with the TorchGuardian Module. The module monitors the condition of the cathode during the cutting process and stops the process in time when critical wear is detected, helping protect the plasma torch.
