iQ 1500

The iQ 1500 is designed for automated plasma cutting and marking in thin to medium plate applications where stable processes, repeatable results and reliable cut quality matter.

With a cutting current range of 20 to 150 A and a marking current range of 5 to 60 A, the system delivers precise cutting, marking, notching and center marking for industrial production environments.

For mild steel, the iQ 1500 cuts from 0.018 to 1 5/8 in in the recommended range and up to 2 3/8 in maximum. Piercing is possible up to 1 3/8 in, depending on the process and material.

Q-Desk provides real time access to process data, system information and consumable condition monitoring. This helps operators maintain stable cutting performance, use consumables efficiently and reduce unplanned downtime.

For automated production, the iQ 1500 can be combined with the optional Q Torch Auto Change System. It enables safe and predictable torch head changes without manual intervention, helping reduce setup time, avoid process errors and support continuous production.

The iQ 1500 is a compact, automation ready plasma cutting system for manufacturers that need reliable performance, clear process control and consistent cut quality.
